One-piece aluminum body made with 5-axis CNC technology. The right side of the AP8O PRO-X is highlighted with an X-shaped design, with angular diamond surfaces, and the geometry of a six-sided ice crystal, embedded with a Japanese ALPS volume wheel.
The AP80 Pro-X uses a dual ESS ES9219C DAC, ensuring excellent dynamic range (+121dB) and extremely low distortion (SNR 130dB / THD+N -114dB). These chips also enable support for high resolution streams, up to 32bit 384kHz PCM and DSD256. The AP80 Pro-X also offers an output level of up to 2Vrms with an analog gain control to reduce output noise and achieve a rich and accurate sound reproduction.
The new Hidizs DAP also supports MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) technology, allowing playback of MQA audio files, delivering sound as close as possible to the original recording.
It includes both single-ended 3.5mm and balanced 2.5mm jacks in its compact body and supports Micro SD cards up to 512GB. Its standby time is up to 40 days (6-8 hrs BAL, 8-11 hrs PC).
It also supports wireless lossless connection such as two-way USB DAC and Bluetooth 4.2, and is compatible with high-quality lossless transmission protocols such as AAC, CSR apt-X, Sony LDAC, HiBy UAT, Apple Music Lossless, FLAC, WAV, ALAC, APE, DSSIFF, SBC, etc., and possesses Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless dual-certifications.
